The Beta District Wins 2026 Central Ohio PRism Award

The 2026 Central Ohio PRism Awards recognized The Beta District  for its media strategy supporting the inaugural Ohio’s Future of Mobility Conference. 

The Beta District secured statewide earned broadcast coverage, generating 3 million impressions across 30 earned media placements,positioning The Beta District as the place to go for smart mobility innovation. 

Ohio’s Future of Mobility Conference brought together more than 150 attendees, more than 50 speakers and more than 90 organizations to explore innovation in smart mobility, advanced air mobility, fiber connection and workforce development, to name a few areas. 

The conference built stronger public-private partnerships, featuring keynotes and panels that highlighted The Beta District’s advanced fiber infrastructure and smart mobility resources. Business leaders, state agencies and technology innovators gathered to discuss funding strategies, pilot programs and workforce development, fostering new connections and driving forward-thinking conversations. 

The conference was so successful that the second annual Ohio’s Future of Mobility Conference was scheduled for Aug. 19, 2026. 

The Beta District’s communication, engagement and public affairs partners at MurphyEpson not only supported with media relations but also amplified awareness by attracting industry stakeholders and creating a digital campaign to increase engagement and reach. Together, the team’s efforts generated significant visibility, reinforcing the conference’s relevance to transportation, economic development and innovation audiences.
